Closing the Gender Gap
Women make up only 26% of the tech workforce in India. Our programs specifically target this gap through dedicated women-in-tech bootcamps, scholarships, and mentorship programs. In our last cohort, 45% of participants were women — nearly double the industry average.

We believe that when we empower women in technology, we do not just change individual lives — we transform entire communities. Our goal is to train 10,000 women developers by 2028, and with the support of our partners and community, we are well on our way.
